Chad has been in the IT industry for the past twenty-two years. Although he enjoys working in this field, it is not his real passion. Until his writing takes off, though, it will have to pay the bills.
He has been writing seriously for the past fifteen years. He simply started out by writing poems, which evolved into lyrics, which led his attempting a movie treatment, which ultimately evolved into his first novel,The Domino Effect.
Some of his favorite authors, in no particular order: Dan Brown, Mitch Albom, Tess Gerritsen, Robin Cook, Vince Flynn, Harlan Coben, Nelson DeMille, and, of course, the late, great Michael Crichton... just to name a few.
What's more, the release of the sequel, Aftershock, a couple years back has gotten positive reviews, as well
Clegg is hoping that the newly released third installment of the trilogy, Born to Death, is received just as well.
He is in the brainstorming phase of another project. Stay tuned for future releases.
